DELIVERY POLICY

NOTE – All deliveries will be slower than normal due to added pressure on Royal Mail, please allow a few extra days in most cases. We are trying our very best to deliver as fast as we can.

UK Delivery Options

Standard Delivery UK - £4.95

This option costs £4.95 and is FREE for orders over £95.  All orders placed before 8pm will usually be dispatched within 24 hours and orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. The courier will normally deliver your order within 48-72 hours. 

 

Express Delivery UK - £9.00

This option costs £9.00. All orders placed before 8pm will usually be dispatched within 24 hours and orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. The courier will normally deliver an EXPRESS order within 24 hours, but it may take longer due to the current circumstances.

 

International Delivery Options

Republic of Ireland Delivery – £12

All orders to Republic of Ireland will be shipped using Royal Mail Signed For International Service. All orders placed before 8pm will usually be dispatched within 24 hours and orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. Royal Mail will normally deliver your order within 10 working days.

 

Europe Delivery – £12.50

All orders to Europe will be shipped using Royal Mail Signed For International Service. This service is the fastest available but is not guaranteed for any specific date. We would expect delivery to take 10-14 working days excluding weekends.

 

USA Delivery - £20

All orders to the United States will be shipped using Royal Mail Signed For International Service. This service is the fastest available but is not guaranteed for any specific date. We would expect delivery to take 12-14 working days excluding weekends.

 

Rest of the World Delivery – £20

All orders to the rest of the world will be shipped using Royal Mail Signed For International Service. This service is the fastest available but is not guaranteed for any specific date. We would expect delivery to take 14-18 working days excluding weekends.

 

RETURNS & SALES POLICY

ANY ITEMS PURCHASED IN OUR BLACK FRIDAY SALE PERIOD ARE STRICTLY NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE.

At Jamie Online Vintage, we sell all second-hand clothing and reworked items meaning that under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 we are not obligated to offer returns on the basis of the customer changing their mind.

We highlight any flaws or state them in the description of the item. As all items are second-hand and have been preloved before they may show minor imperfections that we may miss when grading. However, if a product is not as described you do have the right to claim a full or partial refund for the item. To start a return, please email returns@jamieonlinevintage.com. Our returns address will be provided if your return is approved.

We have a 14-day returns or exchange policy, which means you will have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it with all tags and in its original packaging. Your item must be returned with a printed copy of your purchase with order number visible, with swing tags as well as any ‘freebies’ or marketing material you have received with your order. Items received at our warehouse without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Any shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. 

If however we find the item has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund for the item. All items must be returned with all relevant packaging, swing tags, branding and any accompanying marketing material specific to the item. Upon receipt and examination we will issue a full refund. 

We reserve the right to withhold exchange, credit or refund if the item is visibly damaged, marked, washed, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant, or is any condition that we deem renders the item unsaleable.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform if the return was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take a period of time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

You are responsible for any charges incurred shipping the item back to us. We advise that you send the parcel by Special Delivery (fully insured) to the full value of the goods and ensure the items are strongly packaged. If the goods are damaged in transit due to being inadequately packaged, we will be unable to give a refund.

All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled prior to shipping.

Gift vouchers cannot be returned. 

Any items sold at our physical pop up shops or on tour locations are strictly sold as seen so please ensure you are happy with your item before leaving the store. No exchanges or refunds are offered.
